Fiberesin Ind. developed a press loading tray and used DryLin® N low profile linear guide systems from igus® Inc.

The new press loading trays require more room for the new tray loading handler. The new loading tray also runs at a high volume. Each tray slides in and out every seven minutes, 20 hours per day with a 250-pound maximum load.

DryLin N proved to be a suitable match for the loading tray and after one and a half years; Fiberesin has not had to perform any maintenance.
