The DryLin family of sliding-element linear guides combine shuttles equipped with self-lubricating, oil-free Iglide J glide surfaces
and aluminum rails into preengineered linear slide system. They are affordable, high-performance alternatives to other linear
rail or linear slide applications in conditions such as:
  • dusty, dirty environments
  • washdown environments
  • lubricants cannot be tolerated
  • space restrictions

Drylin Linear Guides are being used in applications and industries as diverse as:
  • Packaging
  • Medical / Lab Automation
  • Draw-Slides on computer racks and furniture
  • Boats
  • Welding fixtures
  • Pick-And-Place Robots
  • high-speed printers

Drylin Linear Guides come in different designs:
    Drylin T
has the T-Rail design often found in roller-bearing linear guides. Drylin T has the highest load capacity of all Drylin linear guides. The tolerance of the shuttles can be adjusted to your requirements; the removal of one or more glide pads allows the shuttle to "float" in order to compensate for misalignment.
Manually locking shuttles are also available.
    Drylin TK-04
also has T-shaped rail, is overall smaller than Drylin T and does not feature tolerance-adjustable glide pads. Drylin TK04 is used on light-load applications.

    Drylin W
features an integrated parallel rail system for high loads and ease of installation. Standard-sized shuttles are available. They consist of a base plate and 4 glide pieces bolted to the base. You can build your own shuttle by mounting the glide pieces to a base of you choice.

    Drylin N
features a very low profile channel-type rail. Combined with the low-profile shuttle, very compact designs become possible. Drylin N is a very cost-effective solution for light-load linear travels.
