Igus® E-Chain® plastic cable carrier systems guide and protect moving cables and hoses on automated machinery. They are suitable for short-stroke, high cycle motions as well as travels of 500 feet. Many accessory components allow for customized layouts with off-the-shelf components. Available from stock with no minimum order. Proven performance in a multitude of applications such as medical lab equipment, extendable trailers and telehandlers, packaging machinery, machine tools and custom machines. Energy Chain® cable carriers are designed to house, protect and extend the service life of moving cables and hoses on automated machinery. Energy Chain is a lightweight, maintenance-free plastic design that prevents cables from breaking, corkscrewing or tangling.

Igus delivers Energy Chains in all shapes and sizes for industries ranging from manufacturing to farming to medical. Numerous accessories and features also are available, including mounting brackets, integrated strain relief, guide troughs for long travel lengths and AUTOGLIDE, an alternative to using a guide trough. Energy Chains are the perfect partner for igus’ comprehensive line of Chainflex continuous-flex cables and are available in a plethora of styles, sizes and price/performance ranges.
