Mounting Brackets

Special mounting brackets with a snap-lock mechanism enable fast, easy maintenance when installing or replacing Triflex R. 

  • Adapter bores for standard robot styles
  • Strain relief elements available
  • Can be attached at each end or anywhere in between

Part numbers are for all series (Closed, E-Z and Light)

Mounting bracket with strain relief

Mounting bracket attached at any point along the carrier.

Light Mounting Brackets
New mounting bracket saves space, costs less and opens easily. It can be used on all styles of Triflex R. It's designed for less demanding applications, where space is limited and cost is a factor. Initially developed for the Triflex R Light style, it also fits the Closed and E-Z styles. Three different versions offer maximum design flexibility for strain relief and attachement anywhere along the carrier. The simple two-piece design eliminates risk of misplacing components.
  • Consists of two half shells
  • Easy snap-open installation of the E-Chain
  • Version without tie wrap plate mounts anywhere
  • Version without tie wrap teeth for attachment of E-Chain® at any given point
  • No components to lose
  • Ideal for simple multi-axis motion

Swivel Bearings

Attach a swivel bearing to the mounting bracket for increase flexibility around angles and curves. 

  • Available with or without strain relief
  • Includes a pivoting, spherical bearing with a maintenance-free igubal ball and socket joint
  • Minimizes stress of critical bending cycles
  • Ensures gentler motion
