This new machining process for furniture production allows for complex designs on furniture pieces that were previously avoided due to high costs.

When manufacturing, projecting, thick or sharp edges were often trimmed with a broach and then rounded by the cumbersome hand grinding. In this new process, the trimming and rounding is done by a single rotating tool. The result is clean and precisely cut surfaces.

The rotating tool uses drylin® linear guide system for its high performance, long life and low cost, as well as all the other benefits of drylin® linear systems.
