Version 1: autoglide for e-chain systems® E4 up to 2.21" inner height

Version 1 is available for the larger e-chain® of the System E4 – In this, the crossbars in the inner radius of the chain is provided with injection-molded glide shoes. The length of the e-chain® in AUTOGLIDE can correspond to the entire travel distance plus surcharge for the bending radius. They can also be mounted in the middle of the travel as before. In this case, cost-efficient glide pads are mounted for the other half of the track.

Accessories for the E4 autoglide system

Simple guide elements for quick installation on the subsurface are available for the autoglide system version 1. The traversable eccentric floor guides (1) are fastened every 7 ft on the subsurface. The glider (2) fastened on the moving end feeds the e-chain® and holds it securely in the track. The autoglide crossbars (3) safely guide the e-chain® and replace the guide trough.

Note: Only 2 gliders AG.XXX. OF required for the safe feeding of the e-chain®. The mounting of the glider is done on the outer link of the upper run, which is laid down first on the lower run.
