Igus would like to learn more about your FIRST robot and experiences with its products! Once the FIRST season has concluded, please tell igus your FIRST 2007 story by submitting the questionnaire included in your kit of parts or download it here! Specifics about your team's robot and experiences at the competitions will be posted in the student projects section of the Y.E.S. website.

Q. I want to request additional products for my team's FIRST robot. Do I have to pay for extra igus components?
A. No. Any additional products requested by FIRST teams will be donated free of charge. Just fill out the FIRST Sample Request Form and someone from the Y.E.S. Program will contact you.

Q. Is there a place where I can find prices for the igus components in the FIRST kit for cost accounting purposes?
A. Yes. View a complete pricing list for a breakdown of the retail cost for each item included in the:

Q. If I request additional igus products, different from those in the kit of parts, does my team have to pay for them?
A. No. Igus is happy to donate additional quantities of products included in the kit of parts, as well as products outside the kit of parts.

Q. If I request additional igus products, different from those in the kit of parts, is there a way I can find out the cost of these items?
A. Yes. Igus is aware that FIRST teams are expected to follow certain cost accounting rules stipulated in the competition manual. If you need pricing on the additional items you order, please indicate that you need a quote in the comments section of the FIRST Robotics Request Form.

Q. Can I request additional copies of the igus Product Data Guide for my teammates?
A. Yes. FIRST Teams can download the igus Product Data Guide. You will need Acrobat Reader to view this document.

Q. What if I am unsure about what igus product would be best for my FIRST robot?
A. If you need technical assistance, you can either contact Courtney Toomey via e-mail at ctoomey@igus.com or call igus direct at (800) 521-2747 to speak to a sales representative who will be able to answer all your questions. Q. How long will it take for my team to receive an order from igus?
A. Standard shipping applies to all orders, so please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. Expedited shipping requests will be reviewed on a case-to-case basis. Please indicate your needs on the request form.
