ATTENTION FIRST TEAMS:
Due to the excited, enthusiastic, yet overwhelming number of requests from FIRST teams, igus must alter its policy regarding its product donation to teams. As of February 1, 2008, igus will only be able to donate products included in the original kit of FIRST parts to teams. Any additional products requested will have to paid for and processed as a regular order.

If your FIRST team would like to request additional products/parts outside the kit of parts, please call 1-800-521-2747 or send an e-mail to sales@igus.com to place an order with a member of igus' customer service department.

Please include the following information if e-mailing your order:

  • Credit card number
  • Credit card type (igus accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express)
  • Name on card
  • Expiration date

If you are a student or team involved in the FIRST® Robotics Competition and would like free samples from igus' 2008 kits of parts, please fill out the request form below. Make sure to indicate quantities and part numbers when filling out the form. Someone from igus will contact you within 1-2 business days to confirm your request has been processed.
