3D Printing Filament

iglide® 3D printing filaments are special printing filaments for special component requirements. They have lower coefficients of friction than conventional 3D printing materials and are suitable for special tasks depending upon the material. Our 3D printing filaments range from high-strength materials with very good coefficients of wear and friction for simple processing, to chemically resistant materials and those that are suitable for additive production processes according to the "fused deposition modelling" (FDM/FFF). You can install printed parts such as plain bearings or worm gears for industrial use, whether in the prototype phase or in serial production. iglide® 3D printing filaments can be processed on all commercial printers. All methods that ensure that ABS materials adhere to the print bed also apply for igus® special filaments. Our 3D printing filaments are up to 50 times more abrasion resistant than standard filaments, and have been tested in our test laboratory to ensure a longer service life.
