To add to their catalog of harnessed readycables, igus now offers a wide price range of chainflex cables with matching connectors, professionally harnessed to 24 manufacturer standards. Now, select from up to seven price/performance levels of chainflex cable, all with guaranteed service life in dynamic applications for up to 36 months. According to Dale Rheaume, head of readycable services at igus Inc., “Our low-cost pre-harnessed chainflex cables offer a cost-effective solution for applications with moderate requirements in terms of duty cycles as well as speeds and accelerations. Users can now select the most cost-effective readycable to suit their application’s requirements.”

To ensure speedy customization and delivery, igus has considerable expanded its worldwide production and harnessing capacity in North America, Asia, and Europe, with a total of 14 assembly centers worldwide. All chainflex and chainflex M cables are extensively tested in the igus lab to allow for 36 months of guaranteed performance in continuously flexing applications.
