dog system and vertical radial stops
5. QuickLock Crossbar, 450-X-Q, available for faster
6. New Interior separation kit available
7. Version NCST "without camber" simply by
turning outer links without unnecessary rework
8. Crossbars are removable along both radii
9. Hinged snap-open removable lids along the outer radius of
the Energy Tube
10. Wide, rounded plastic crossbars - cable friendly

Long travel - gliding (up to max. 75m)
Here the upper run of the E-Chain® is used on the lower run in the gliding application with a guide trough. We recommend the project planning of such a system to be undertaken by our technicians. For travels between 4 and 10 m we recommend a larger unsupported E-Chain®.

igus® separators are mounted every 2nd chain link as standard!
Please observe minimum gap to the side links! e-chain®: 16 mm 80.1 for all applications
Separator, wide foot for maximum holding force and safe standing in e-chains® and e-tubes 80.3 For a large number of small cables
Separator with narrow base for many thin cables lying next to each other. Space-saving, stable - for e-chains® and e-tubes. Also optional for snap-open crossbars. 80.4 E.g. for "side-mounted" applications
Asymmetrical separator, for defined distance. For e-chains® and e-tubes. 520.X Horizontal separation
Locks in securely on both ends of the separator, fixed widths possible Can be used as full-width shelf for integrated subdivision or as shelf for a rack-like separation in 5 levels.
igus® separators are mounted every 2nd chain link as standard!
Please observe minimum gap to the side links! e-chain®: 16 mm 80.2 Faster cable asssembly
Separator for igus® QuickLock cross bar 450.X Q. One side fixed seating with wide base, narrow opposite side for easy cable installation (easily clamped). Also usable in e-tubes. 80.5 Locks securely in 5mm steps
Notched separator for notched crossbars with scale For exact positioning For e-chains® and e-tubes. Ideal for applications turned 90°. 520.x horizontal separation Locks in securely on both ends of the separator, fixed widths possible. Can be used as full-width shelf for integrated subdivision or as shelf for a rack-like separation in 5 levels.
Option 3: OptinalStandard igus® separators are mounted every 2nd chain link as a standard!
Please observe minimum gap to the side links! e-chain®: 16 mm Slotted separators 509
Quick assembly - Retrofitting possible in existing partitioning without disassembly (intermediate shelves cannot be laid in the top and bottom grid levels) Slotted separators 505
For very fine partitioning. No retrofitting possible in existing partitioning without disassembly of interior separation. Quick vertical separator T803
For the quick subsequent partitioning or initial assembly without disassembly of interior separation. Locking separator 507
For environments with very high humidity (> 85%). High retention force - by asymmetric retaining claws Please ensure that they are identically aligned. Recommended: One clamping separator per chain link for better installation. Intermediate shelves 420.X
For a horizontal separation Intermediate shelves can be arranged in height increments of 7 mm (11 levels) in various widths (not in combination with 504, 508).
Option 4: OptinalStandard igus® separators are mounted every 2nd chain link as a standard!
Please observe minimum gap to the side links! e-chain®: 16 mm Vertical separator 503
For rack-shaped partitions with intermediate shelves 420.X (table page down left) in height increments of 7 mm (in 11 levels). Locking separator 510
Similar to vertical separator, only with increased retaining force in applications with high humidity (> 85%). Side plates T802
as vertical separator. Allows a rack-like division up to the side links. No minimum gap necessary! Locking separator 504
Increased retention force . For environments with very high humidity (> 85%). Clamp with press fit. Recommended: One clamping separator per chain link for better installation. Locking separator 508
For environments with very high humidity (> 85%). Very high retention force - due to asymmetric holding claws. Please ensure that they are identically aligned. Recommended: One clamping separator per chain link for better installation. Roller clip 489.27
Minimizes the abrasion of hoses. It is simply clamped onto the crossbar. The moving rollers compensate the movements between e-chain® und hose. Intermediate shelves 420.X
For a horizontal separation Intermediate shelves can be arranged in height increments of 7 mm (11 levels) in various widths.

Aluminum "Super Trough"- the igus® standard
The Aluminum "SuperTrough" is a modular guide trough system for long travels (when E-Chains® glide on themselves, as per sketch). Aluminum "SuperTrough" is available in low cost "basic versions" and can be upgraded for heavy duty applications. This universal usage makes it the igus® recommended new standard trough system.
