New sizes for opening, chip tight RX tube: TÜV tested

Problem solver for cable carrier systems in chip areas – new interior heights 62 and 73 mm

Chips and dirt can affect the service life of cables and hoses significantly. In 2009, igus® had addressed the problem and introduced an extremely dense, yet snap-open in the outer radius, in the form of a unique plastic E-Tube, which is now available in two additional sizes.

Extremely dense and snap-openable in its outer radius. Tests in the igus® laboratory confirmed the RX Tube offers high chip protection: Only 0.09 oz (2.6 g) chips were measured inside RX40 after 251,900 cycles. TÜV NORD CERT GmbH confirmed this with its IP40 tests.
