The igus® energy chains introduced in 2000 still runs smoothly and only now it is reconditioned. So far the customers have had no additional costs here.
Furthermore, 7 cranes are equipped with copper rails. The itemization of the hitherto maintenance costs shows the following result:

Material costs for coals and other spare parts in the last 7 years: $ 275/month/crane

Labor costs (estimated) in the last 7 years: $ 42/month/crane

=> In total: $ 26,670 maintenance expenses with conductor line compared to 0 with igus® per system.
