drylin® linear systems reliably resist large shocks and high impacts. drylin® solutions are designed with sliding liners that disperse loads over a large surface area, lowering overall surface pressure. This is different from ball bearings, which create point-to-point contacts and can damage the shaft under high impacts. The larger contact surface of drylin® allows for optimal flexural strength and load distribution, making it the more durable option.
