4240AX Exterior stop dogs: Dust does not accumulate on the stop dogs
The 4240AX has been developed for applications where fine dust complicates use of a conventional e-chain®. With conventional stop systems the finest dust can collect on the stop-dogs and cause the radius of the e-chain® to grow over a long period of time. With exterior stop dogs, this will not occur.

Dust (e.g. saw dust) does not accumulate on the stop dogs

No growing of the e-chain® bend radius

Optimised inner height through smaller openable crossbars

Long travel up to 300m are possible
