This resuscitation device enables anyone to conduct an optimum heart-lung resuscitation with minimum effort. The equipment is simply placed over the patient's chest and tucked under their back. At the same time, the device independently centers and automatically adjusts the correct indentation depth and breathing volume required according to body size. A cardiac massage is undertaken by operating the lever.
All previous resuscitation systems were designed just for the emergency services as static equipment. In the process, none of these systems could undertake both functions: a cardiac massage and giving oxygen to the patient.
This device is intended to be just as easily used by those not qualified to work for the emergency services. Over 30 maintenance-free iglide plastic bushings used in the device and afford a very fast installation time, low profile and low weight. They are also low cost, which helps to bring down the overall price of the unit to make it affordable for organizations.
