Sealing machine

A new closing machine manages two processes in one work step. It cuts, inserts and welds a thin aluminium membrane on an angular PE container for chocolate powder and combines static and dynamic processes. Individual locks are punched from a foil on one side of the machine and transported with high speed. They are dynamically positioned on a packaging that is moved on a transport belt. Induction welding takes place on the opposite sides of the system. The major problem was to transport all required signals to the corner points. This is can be realized with e-chains® from the igus® triflex® series.
