igus® drag chains and high-flex cables with smart condition monitoring sensors. With the use of sensors, the signs of impending downtime can often be seen long before the actual failure.

E4.32 series energy chains | robust, energy chain with crossbars every link, openable from both sides.
  • Straight run through inner/outer-link design
  • Quiet operation through integrated brake on the radial stop-dogs
  • Very high stability due to the undercut design
  • 15% more tensile strength (compared to the best old E4 series), extended unsupported length through improved stop-dog system and vertical radial stops
  • IPA classification - Report IG 1303-640, tested E4.32.10.063.0
  • Optionally with smart plastics for real-time condition monitoring and service life status display

Series E4.32 is suitable for the following types of applications:

Vertical: Hanging applications ≤ 80m, standing applications ≤ 5m
Horizontal: Unsupported applications ≤ 3.3m, Gliding applications ≤ 200m
Circular movement: Rotating application possible, if necessary, with rework (mechanical rework is always required from 180° angle of rotation)
