Go for gold with your exciting energy supply concept:
The sixth vector awards

Energy chain systems from igus tackle incredible challenges, such as transmitting complex data and keeping machines in continuous operation for years. In order to find the most innovative energy chain applications, igus hosts the vector award every two years. A board composed of science and media specialists will select the best applications, and the winners will be awarded up to €5,000 at Hannover Messe. Anyone who has original and inspiring applications using energy chains is invited to participate in the competition, regardless of the industry they come from. “Even today, new and unusual applications are being developed, often with high speeds or complicated rotary movements,” explains Michael Blaß, head of energy chain systems at igus. “The competition is also a unique opportunity for us to get to know the full capability of our products.”
