triflex® RS dresspack compact universal module for industrial robots

The triflex® RS dresspack uses integrated fiber rods to create constant tension and prevent conduit looping. It has a low installation height making it ideal for low head room applications. With very few moving parts (no springs), it is ideal for high particulate environments. The RS dresspack also has various benefits because it is excellent for dirty environments, has up to 670mm of retraction, has available cover for mounting junction boxes, is available in 6 sizes, and it's low profile.

Configure the complete system in 2 simple steps

Determine the minimum number and outer diameter of the cables and hoses that are routed from axes 3-6.
With the help of the interior separation configurator, you can determine the right chain size that can easily accommodate all the desired cables.

Select the appropriate RS mounting plate

Select the mounting plate to match the triflex R you have selected
Mounting plate comes with feed through and fixed brackets as shown above
Choose the fixed bracket mounting side, left or right. System above is a left, but can be revered in the field.

Use the triflex® expert configurator

Select the triflex R design and
additional length

Choose chain style, Open (TRE.B) or closed (TRC)
First decide whether the desired chain should have an open (TRE.B) or enclosed design (TRC).
Use one of the lower two drop-down menus to select the chain package for the e-chain size determined in step 1.
Lastly, decide on the additional chain length (grey area in photo)

TRE.B the open design

TRE.B version can absorb 4 times more tensile force than the TRC version
Open type design means that the cables and hoses can simply be pressed into the energy chain
Select the size that fits your chosen RS systems
Via the part number you can specify the additional chain length (500mm, 1000mm, 1500m or 2000mm) which should be available outside the RS.

Select the size that fits your chosen RS systems
