igubal ESQM GT – simple assembly and high performance
The igubal® ESQM GT pillow block bearing impresses with its split housing, which facilitates assembly and is manufactured from RN33. This material is characterised by high dimensional stability and surface quality and is suitable for temperatures from -40°C to +120°C, whereby it can withstand short-term exposure up to +180°C.
The spherical ball of the E dimensional series is available for square profiles with dimensions of 20 x 20 mm or 25 x 25mm and is made of the tribologically optimised iglidur J4. This material contains solid lubricants that permanently replace external lubricants and make the bearing maintenance-free. This offers both economic and ecological benefits.
The ESQM GT pillow block bearing allows for simple on-site assembly and is designed for high static loads. The ESQM-GT20 is fastened using M08 screws, and the ESQM-GT25 using M10 screws, which ensures a secure and strong installation. Despite its high load capacity, the bearing is characterised by its compact build chamber and light weight, making it ideal for compact and lightweight applications. The high stiffness and durability ensure long-term and reliable performance.
