Igus® Inc. offers free products through the Y.E.S. (Young Engineers Support) Program, designed to foster the mechanical design ideas and inventions of students who have a passion for engineering. The program aims to not only support students and engineers, but also educate them on the merits and benefits of plastic components. The program offers donations to students and engineering competitions across the U.S., Canada and Mexico. The benefits of the Y.E.S. Program are boundless for both igus and
young engineers.

igus supplies products to FIRST teams!

ATTENTION FIRST TEAMS!
Due to the excited, enthusiastic, yet overwhelming number of requests from FIRST teams this season, igus must alter its policy regarding its product donation to teams. As of February 1, 2008, igus will only be able to donate products included in the original kit of FIRST parts to teams.

  • FIRST Robotics Request Form -- Submit this form to request additional products from igus' kit of parts for your FIRST robot. Any additional parts included in the 2008 kit are donated at no charge.
  • Download the 2008 Product Data Guide for information and application examples about igus' products. You will need Adobe Acrobat to view this document.
  • Are you a FIRST team with a question or comment? Visit the FIRST FAQs or contact Candace Mack via e-mail at cmack@igus.com.
