Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) Material

SLS material from igus® have been proven to be 3 times more abrasion-resistant than standard SLS materials based on rigorous testing performed in the igus® test laboratory in Germany. We offer an SLS material for numerous specific application characteristics, including those that are underwater or in high-humidity environments, for gear applications, long-term exposure to high temperatures, and if components with ESD specifications are required. While designing with iglide® SLS material, there are infinite new possibilities for beta tests, prototypes, small series or special machine construction, so browse our SLS materials below to find the one ideal for your application. Our SLS material is wear-resistant, has low coefficients of friction, and good mechanical properties. It can also be processed in a similar way to commercially available SLS materials.
