Robust 4 mm panel for large, bonded glide surfaces and protective wear layers. Provides clean, dry-running performance with predictable wear for plant engineering and retrofit applications requiring full-size sheets.

When to use it: When a full-size 1000 × 1000 mm sheet is needed for broad coverage or large wear panels.
When not to use it: For food-grade compliance, see A160 or A180; for thinner or thicker sheets, see J (2–6 mm) or A160 (2–4 mm).

When to use sheet stock

• Low thickness liners and shims with wide surface area
• Bonded or fastened wear layers on sliding surfaces
• Lightweight, low profile glide pads and noise reduction layers
• Quick profiling of flat parts from thin panels

When not to use sheet stock

• Parts needing deep counterbores, threads, or structural stiffness (choose plate stock)
• Long, straight rails better served by a fixed strip width (choose plate strips)
• Turned, round geometries (choose round bar)
• Very high volumes of one geometry (use catalog parts or molding)
