Cleanroom cables

The CFCLEAN series consists of components that are not classified as standard cables according to cable norms. While they function to transmit energy, bus signals, and data, they do not feature an external sheath for mechanical protection. Instead, all CFCLEAN components are wrapped with PTFE tape. Therefore, these "cables" are only approved for use in the e-skin® flat. This combination is designed for maximum stress and the smallest bending radii in cleanroom applications. Our cleanroom components are shielded, highly abrasion-resistant, and completely PVC-free. Additionally, they exhibit minimal restoring forces due to highly flexible cable stranding structures, special conductor designs, and the absence of an outer sheath. All cleanroom cables are tested and verified in our in-house test laboratory, spanning over 5,500 m². When the CFCLEAN is used in the e-skin flat with a bending radius of 70 mm, we guarantee a service life of 40 million double strokes.
