Hybrid Cables

In our chainflex® portfolio, you will find hybrid cables with cost-effective PVC or halogen-free PUR as the outer sheath material. Hybrid cables combine motor cables and encoder cables, enabling the integration of power conductors and data elements into a single cable. Where space in the energy chain is limited or needs to be saved, hybrid cables with a bending radius of up to 10 x d provide an ideal solution. For chainflex hybrid cables, we use mechanically optimized shielding concepts with very high optical coverage to protect the conductors from nearby interference signals. Our hybrid cable series are designed according to the well-known manufacturer standards such as SIEMENS, SEW, and Bosch, allowing easy integration into drive systems. All chainflex hybrid cables are tested in our in-house test laboratory over an area of 5,500 m², ensuring we can provide you with a service life guarantee of up to 4 years.
