igubal EFOM – flexible and robust
The EFOM two-hole flange bearing offers a multitude of benefits that make it ideal for supporting shafts in various applications and industries. The spherical ball corresponds to dimensional series E and is characterised by a maintenance-free dry operation, which makes external lubrication unnecessary and thus offers ecological and economic advantages.
The EFOM housing is made of the impact-resistant polymer igumid G, which covers temperatures from -40°C to +120°C and can withstand short-term exposure up to +180°C. The spherical ball materials can be selected, with the following options available: iglidur W300 (standard), J, J4, R and stainless steel.
The EFOM two-hole flange bearing is capable of compensating for misalignments and edge loads. With its very light weight, it helps to reduce the overall load on a system and is also corrosion-free, making it ideal for use in demanding environments. In addition, the EFOM offers excellent vibration damping and is insensitive to dirt and dust increasing its reliability and durability.
