Maximum service life under axial loads

In addition to the axial bearings without cages and raceways already available in the standard range, igus is now launching a version with cages. This offers improved service life at moderate loads and higher speeds. The following sizes are already available as standard: 51100 and 51104.

Tech up:

• Less wear at higher speeds compared to the standard without cage

Cost down:

• Cage increases service life, reducing maintenance costs

Proof:

• Test parameters in the igus laboratory: 100 N, 500 rpm, 120,000 cycles: axial bearings bearings with cages show 60% less weight wear than axial bearings without cages
