PRT-04 Slewing Ring Clamping Block

iglide® PRT slewing ring bearings are ready-to-install slewing rings for lubrication-free, dry operation. The design is not based on re-circulating components but on maintenance-free sliding elements. These are made of tribologically optimized iglide® materials combined with rings made of lightweight, hard anodized aluminium.

The PRT-04 with manual clamp is part of the PRT-04 series modular system. The aluminium clamping block can be attached to any point on the outer ring. The PRT slewing ring can be clamped quickly and easily and prevented from rotating.

• A maximum of 1Nm screw torque allows a holding torque of up to 10Nm

The sliding elements made of iglide® J are outstanding all-rounders. They are characterised by a low coefficient of friction during dry operation. This material also has low moisture absorption and offers good chemical resistance.
