iglide® tribotape® W160
igus® tribotape® low-friction tape is designed for versatile lining of tribologically challenged surfaces and shapes, for optimizing movement within machine beds, etc. At a thickness of only 0.5 - 1 mm (including the adhesive back + 0.15 mm), very little space is needed. The ease of use (the tape can simply be cut using scissors) and optional self-adhesive back of the tape open up almost endless possibilities for use.
iglide® tribotape® low-friction tape is also available with a self-adhesive back for quick and easy installation.
With its white color and UV-stabilized additives, iglide® W160 tribotape® offers even more design freedom as a visual part. The original antibacterial variant of the iglidur® W160 material is no longer available on account of an amendment to the Biocides Regulation. A new antibacterial version is being developed.
