Track rollers from igus® are dry-running, maintenance-free polymer rollers designed to replace traditional metal cam followers and ball-bearing rollers in linear motion, conveyor, and guide-rail applications. By combining iglide® tribopolymers with self-lubricating properties, our track rollers eliminate the need for grease, run quietly, and last longer than standard rollers under continuous load.
Built from iglide® high-performance plastics, igus track rollers deliver significant advantages over conventional metal alternatives. They are 1:1 interchangeable with ball bearings of the same size, making them a drop-in upgrade path with no redesign required. Depending on the model, they offer up to 6 times longer service life than standard track rollers, handle surface pressures up to 10 MPa, and provide up to 16 times higher wear resistance than standard POM at the inner diameter. Two-component designs with rubberized outer surfaces are also available for applications requiring quiet, low-vibration operation and reliable grip. All igus track rollers are fully maintenance-free, require no additional lubrication, and ship from stock in a range of sizes.
