Optionally, a multi-core motor cable or a single-core motor cable can be selected. chainflex® motor cables are specially developed for moving applications. In order to guarantee a high quality and long service life of the motor cable, all motor cables are carefully tested in the igus® test laboratory. This test data allows us to develop our online tools. With the service life calculator for motor cables you are able to calculate the service life of the cable to prevent failures. By entering a few parameters, our tool gives you the service life of the motor cable under the conditions you specify. Whether mechanical engineering, plant construction or other industrial applications, chainflex® motor cables meet the highest standards. Depending on the cable type, our motor cables are UV-resistant, flame-retardant and halogen-free. In addition, we offer motor cables in oil-resistant and chemical-resistant designs.
