iglide® ECO G consists of 97% regranulate. iglide® ECO G bearings are universal, covering a wide range of different requirements. It is recommended for applications with medium to high loads, medium sliding speeds, and medium temperatures. It excels in all technical disciplines and is a classic all-rounder.Tolerances and measuring systemThe installation dimensions and tolerances of iglide® plain bearings depend on the material and wall thickness. Moisture absorption and thermal expansion are crucial for the material. Plain bearings with low moisture absorption can be installed with a small bearing clearance. The following applies to the wall thickness: the thicker the bearing, the greater the bearing clearance must be.Assemblyiglide® plain bearings are press-in bushings. The inner diameter only adjusts to the corresponding tolerance after they are pressed into the mounting bore. The press-in interference can be up to 2% of the inner diameter. This ensures a secure press fit of the bearings. Axial or radial displacement in the housing is thus reliably avoided.
