igubal® spherical insert bearings are a maintenance-free alternative to tensioning bearings in metallic pillow block bearings and fixed flange bearings. Available for cast iron housings in sizes UC203-210.

Maintenance-free
The spherical insert bearings made of high-performance polymer allow dry operation without external lubrication. In environments with heavy contamination, the advantages are enormous: while classic metal bearings often need to be relubricated, the igubal® spherical insert bearings have an embedded solid lubricant, which makes additional lubrication unnecessary. In addition, the JEM-SP spherical insert bearings are often more durable and are highly wear-resistant even in very dirty environments.

Easy to install
Installing the spherical insert bearings is simple. They can be inserted by hand into metal pillow block and flanged housing bearings in seconds - without expensive and time-consuming conversions.
