XYZ Gantry | Workspace 500 x 500 x 200mm
igus offers cartesian robots as XY Actuator (Single Rail), XY Gantries and XYZ Gantry robots for the most varied tasks. igus gantries include pre-configured drylin linear actuators and linear axes with NEMA stepper motors as well as all components required for self-assembly.

Axis Specifications:
  • X-axes:  Consisting of: two drylin® ZLW-1040 belt-driven actuators, standard version, toothed belt tension 200N, feed 70 mm/rev, aluminium profile, surface: hard-anodised, PU toothed belt with steel cable, white, guide carriage in length 150mm, shaft end support made of plastic, driven by an igus stepper motor in installation size NEMA24 in the version with M12 connector and encoder, axes are mechanically synchronised by a main shaft made of aluminium AWMR-12
  • Y-axis:  Consisting of: drylin® ZLW-1080 belt-driven actuators, standard version, toothed belt tension 200N, feed 70mm/rev, aluminium profile, surface: hard-anodised, PU toothed belt with steel cable, white, guide carriage in length 100mm, shaft end support made of aluminium, driven by an igus stepper motor in installation size NEMA23 in the version with M12 connector and encoder
  • Z-axis:  Consisting of: drylin® SHT-12 linear actuator, stainless steel shafts, stainless steel trapezoidal lead screw TR10x2 with ball bearings, lead screw end unmachined 17mm, quad block, driven by an igus stepper motor in installation size NEMA17 in the version with M12 connector and encoder
