CFSPECIAL.562.PE is a specialized PUR top-drive cable built to hang under its own weight — an aramid-reinforced, DNV-approved cable rated for hanging runs up to 50 m, with offshore MUD resistance and almost unlimited oil resistance for oil-and-gas drilling.

When to use it: Top-drive hanging applications up to 50 m under high tensile strain — oil-and-gas drilling top drives and other suspended, high-load drive connections in offshore and harsh environments.

When not to use it:

When the run needs an EMC shield (use the shielded CFSPECIAL.572)
When it's a standard in-chain machine drive connection rather than a hanging application (use a conventional PUR motor cable such as CF27.D)

Application areas: Oil-and-gas top-drive hanging installations up to 50 m, offshore drilling equipment, and other suspended high-tensile-strain drive connections.
