iglide® PRT slewing ring bearings are ready-to-install rotary bearings for self-lubricating dry operation. Instead of metallic balls or rollers, they use wear-resistant iglide® sliding elements with lightweight anodized aluminum rings to deliver smooth motion with less maintenance. Within the range, the PRT-04 is the higher-performance platform and offers a modular design for easier adaptation and expansion.
This PRT-04 with precise locking mechanism is built for applications that need repeatable positioning. The integrated locking feature engages in 90° increments and fixes rotary movement with minimal play, making it a strong fit for fixtures, adjustment systems, automation equipment, and display positioning. The locking pin offers a maximum holding force of 700 N, adding dependable control in applications where defined stopping points matter.
Like other PRT-04 versions, it combines a compact design with robust construction for demanding use. Replaceable sliding elements help support long service life and make adjustment easier over time. For applications that need adjustable motion limits instead of indexed locking, the PRT-04 with angle limiter over 360° is a natural next step.
