Change Language :
The indexed-position selection in the PRT-04 product line. A push-to-release locking pin engages defined location points every 90°, providing positive mechanical lock-in for fast, repeatable station changes. Maximum holding force of the locking bolt is 350 N, and release is by hand without tools. Provides all the standard PRT-04 advantages: 60% lighter and 50% more compact than the PRT-01, universal iglide® J sliding elements, full modular accessory compatibility.
When to use it: Mid-duty rotary applications cycling between fixed quarter-turn positions.
When not to use it: When unlimited locking positions are needed (use the -R variant), when remote release is required (use the -ART-RC variant), when electronic state monitoring is needed (use the -ART-PD variant), or when free-position friction clamping is preferred (use the -HK variant).
Application areas: Assembly fixtures, manual indexing tables, adjustment systems, work-station rotators, photography and instrument positioners, and any mid-duty rotary application that cycles through fixed quarter-turn stations.
