The high-capacity member of the all-polymer PRT-05 line. Built from two injection-molded iglide® components — an M260 body and P4 sliding surfaces — it brings the same grease-free, fully non-metallic, clip-together simplicity of the PRT-05 product line to applications that need more muscle. With a 94 mm inner diameter and static axial load capacity up to 20,000 N, this is the ideal slewing ring for larger mechanisms that still can’t justify the cost or weight of a metal housing. At least 75% recycled material content makes it a strong option for customers looking for a more environmentally conscious solution. No drive integration is included; external pulleys or friction drives are used where motion control is needed.
When to use it: Low-to-moderate load applications needing an all-polymer, corrosion-proof, grease-free bearing at a larger diameter than the compact variant can offer.
When not to use it: When loads exceed the polymer’s capacity, precision positioning is required, or motorized and geared drive is essential — step up to the PRT-04 or PRT-01 series.
Application areas: Larger rotating displays, furniture, light industrial fixtures, kiosks, and applications where corrosion immunity and low weight are necessary.
