iglide® PRT slewing ring bearings are ready-to-install rotary bearings for self-lubricating dry operation. Instead of metallic balls or rollers, they use wear-resistant sliding elements to deliver smooth rotation with low maintenance and reduced weight.
This PRT-05 large size version is designed for applications that need a lightweight rotary bearing with higher load capacity. With a 94 mm inner diameter, an all plastic construction, and a simplified two-component design, it is easy to integrate into larger mechanical engineering and automation applications.
The bearing offers static axial load capacity up to 20,000 N while maintaining the corrosion resistant and low weight benefits of a solid plastic design. It also contains at least 75% recycled material, making it a strong option for customers looking for a more resource-conscious rotary solution.
