iglide® PRT slewing ring bearings are ready-to-install rotary bearings for self-lubricating dry operation. They use wear-resistant sliding elements instead of metallic rolling elements, helping reduce maintenance while keeping designs lightweight and easy to integrate.
This PRT-05 Compact version is made for applications with limited installation space. Thanks to its reduced outer ring design, it fits especially well in tight rotary layouts where a standard bearing design may take up too much room.
With a diameter of 122 mm and a weight of just 80 g, this version offers a lightweight and cost-effective solution for mechanical engineering and automation applications. It is a strong alternative to the PRT-04-CP when space savings and value are the main priorities.
For applications that need a larger all plastic bearing for higher loads, the PRT-05 large size version is a natural next step. If the application calls for more modularity or additional rotary feature options, the PRT-04 series may be a better fit.
