iglide® PRT-04 Slewing Ring, Aluminum Toothed Outer Ring, iglide® J Sliding Elements

iglide® PRT slewing ring bearings are ready-to-install slewing rings for self-lubricating dry operation. The design is not based on metallic rollers or balls, but on maintenance-free sliding elements. These are made of proven, tribologically optimized iglide® materials in combination with rings made of lightweight, anodized aluminum.

• Four standards are available for outer ring tooth profile
• Classic spur gearing according to DIN 3967
• Commercially available toothed belt profiles: T10, AT10, HTD5M
• The inner ring is fixed and the outer ring is driven
• The specially widened outer ring supports product transport
• Outer ring available in stainless steel as an option (suffix "-ES")

 
The sliding elements made from iglide® J are our best all-rounders. They are characterized by a low coefficient of friction during dry operation. Furthermore, this material has a low moisture absorption and offers good chemical resistance.
