The travel-limited configuration in the PRT-04 product line. Quickly and individually adjustable mechanical end-stops define the allowed rotation arc on the bearing, protecting cables, nearby parts, and operators without the need for external brackets or limit switches. Provides the platform’s cost-and-weight advantage over the PRT-01 (60% lighter, 50% more compact, 20% cheaper) and stays fully compatible with the rest of the PRT-04 modular accessory ecosystem. Universal iglide® J sliding elements deliver maintenance-free dry operation. Awarded the iF Design Award for its design.

When to use it: Mid-duty rotary applications that must travel within a fixed angular window.

When not to use it: When the application requires unrestricted rotation (use the base PRT-04), when travel needs to span a full 360° or beyond (use the TS-360 variant), or when locking at fixed positions is preferred over a continuous arc (use the -ART or -R variants).

Application areas: Access doors and hatches, kiosks and digital signage, safety guards, antenna and instrument bases, machine enclosures, and any mid-duty rotary application where defined-arc travel limiting is a requirement.
