Brushless DC motors

igus® industrial brushless DC motors (BLDC motors) deliver efficient, low-maintenance rotary motion for automation, robotics, and machinery. Because a brushless DC motor replaces the brushes and commutator of a traditional DC motor with electronic commutation, it runs cooler, quieter, and longer, with a high power-to-weight ratio that allows compact, powerful designs and far less upkeep over its service life. Our drylin® E brushless DC motor range is available in sizes ranging from 42–86mm, 48V DC nominal voltage, and rated torque from 0.3–1.0Nm for precise, repeatable control. These BLDC motors integrate directly with igus lead screws, linear actuators, motor cables, encoder cables, and motor controllers to create a complete maintenance-free, dry-running linear system.
