The drylin® econ series offers maintenance-free linear actuators at an entry-level cost. These actuators are designed with lightweight, self-lubricating, sliding plastic carriages and anodized aluminum rails, with either lead screw or belt drives. We can also configure them for you so they are ready to install upon delivery. All of our linear actuators are rigorously tested inside of our 41,000ft2 test lab at our headquarters in Cologne, Germany. Those test results inform our online drylin® linear actuator configurator, which calculates the expected service life of a system based off of your application’s requirements. Benefits:
This device was built to be able to put welds through their paces. Bending tests with a force of 5,000 N are possible with this machine. Besides the drylin spindle lift table standard program, which realizes the format adjustment of the bending punch, linear guides of the drylin W series are also used. With them the specified support distances can be adjusted.
Despite large quantities, the automated systems of Gefra GmbH visually inspect small components for damage. Maintenance and self-lubricating components are of great importance for the precise optical inspection, so that Gefra GmbH relies on spindle axes from the drylin linear actuator program from igus for the adjustment of the lighting units.
Here you will find further successful application examples of our customers with drylin linear actuators.
With just a few specifications, you can obtain suitable linear modules with a statement on their service life. Your selected solution can be optionally configured and quickly ordered online.
More than 500 tests per year in the 250 m² test laboratory prove that in many applications self-lubricating drylin® linear solutions can replace metal ball recirculation systems.
