CF99.PLUS is the current, shielded evolution of CF99 — the same tight 3 × d bend radius and low-temperature flexibility as CF98.PLUS, with an extremely bend-resistant alloy-wire braid (approx. 70% linear / 90% optical coverage) for EMC-critical runs in minimal space. It shares the PVC- and halogen-free TPE jacket, the bio-oil resistance, the -35 °C to +90 °C (-31 °F to +194 °F) range reaching -55 °C (-67 °F) static, the speeds to 33 ft/s (10 m/s), and the cleanroom and dry-cleanroom ratings (ISO 14644-1), with the shield built to survive repeated tight bending.
When to use it: The tightest, fastest small-radius flexing of fine, shielded control and signal lines, including at low temperature — compact handling, pick-and-place, and lab or semiconductor automation needing EMC protection where a 3 × d bend radius is critical.
When not to use it: When no shield is needed and cost matters (use the unshielded CF98.PLUS), or when long travel or higher conductor counts matter more than the smallest radius (use the shielded CF10).
Application areas: EMC-sensitive compact pick-and-place and handling machines, laboratory and semiconductor automation, cleanroom and dry-cleanroom equipment, and fine shielded runs in the most space-restricted installations.
