DLP 3D printing resin for wear parts without PTFE: iglide® i2000
The triboresin iglide i2000 for DLP and LCD 3D printing impresses with its excellent friction and wear properties – without containing any PTFE. Compared to standard technical resins, it offers a friction coefficient that is half as high and a service life that is 50 to 80 times longer. iglide i2000 thus opens up new possibilities for heavy-duty applications while also being environmentally friendly.
The PTFE-free 3D printing resin reduces environmental impact along the entire value chain and also delivers excellent mechanical properties similar to those of iglide i3000.

Processing instructions: For better processing, the bottle with the resin should be shaken well before use. Since skin contact with the liquid resin must be avoided, personal protective equipment is absolutely necessary during processing.
