iglide® PRT-04 Slewing Ring with Mounting Ring, Aluminum Housing, iglide® j Sliding Elements

A built-in flange spacer ring in this slewing ring lets the bearing be screwed directly onto a flat surface without machining relief grooves, pockets, or clearance cut-outs for the moving parts — turning installation into a single-step operation on whatever flat panel or plate is already part of the host structure. Provides all the standard PRT-04 advantages: 60% lighter, 50% more compact, 20% cheaper than the PRT-01, cleanroom-capable, full modular accessory compatibility.

When to use it: Mid-duty rotary applications mounted to flat plates or panels where machining clearance for a standard slewing ring would add cost, complexity, or simply isn’t feasible.

When not to use it: When the host structure is already prepared for a standard PRT-04 footprint (use the base variant for lower cost), or when an even larger mounting flange is needed for legacy PRT-01 hole patterns (use the -G variant).

Application areas: Panel-mounted indexing tables, retrofit installations, field-installed equipment, rapid prototyping fixtures, lab and medical devices, and any mid-duty rotary application installed on a flat surface where pocketing isn’t practical.
