CF10.UL is the shielded version of CF9.UL — the same UL-listed, very-high-duty TPE cable for long, cold, oily travels, with a braided shield for EMC-critical runs. It shares the PVC-free TPE jacket, the 5 × d bend radius, the 1,312 ft (400 m)+ gliding travel, the bio-oil resistance, the -50 °C (-58 °F) static to +100 °C (+212 °F) range, and the UL/CSA and NFPA 79 approvals — adding noise immunity for code-compliant control runs on demanding axes.
When to use it: Very-high-duty, long-travel flexing on UL/NEC-compliant machinery where EMC matters and the environment is oily, cold, or outdoor — shielded control runs in storage-and-retrieval systems and high-bay warehouses.
When not to use it: When no shield is needed and cost matters (use the unshielded CF9.UL), when UL listing isn't required and you want the maximum mechanical capability (use CF10), or when the priority is the smallest bend radius in a fine shielded cable (use CF99.PLUS).
Application areas: EMC-sensitive UL/NEC-compliant storage-and-retrieval and high-bay systems, coolant- and bio-oil-exposed machining centers, and outdoor or cold-environment automation with long travel.
