CF885 in its single-core form is the single-conductor version of the low-duty PVC motor cable — one insulated power conductor per cable, for runs where large cross-sections or individual phase and supply conductors are routed separately through the energy chain. It carries the multi-core CF885's low-flex, indoor, economical positioning into single high-current conductors.
When to use it: Light, low-frequency flexing of individual power conductors indoors — single large-cross-section supply and phase runs to drives, spindles, and main-drive motors in clean, dry machinery where conductors are routed separately.
When not to use it:
Application areas: Individually routed high-current power conductors to spindle and main drives, large-cross-section supply runs, and single-conductor motor connections in dry, low-cycle indoor installations.
