CFROBOT9 is the hybrid robotics cable of the range — a single torsion-capable cable that bundles power and control cores together (for example, a 23-core control group with a 2-core power group) so a robot axis can be served by one dress-pack cable instead of several. Like CFROBOT2 it uses a torsion-resistant tinned-copper shield under a halogen-free, abrasion-, notch-, hydrolysis- and microbe-resistant PUR jacket, withstands ±180° torsion for 3D robot motion, bends to 10 × d, runs to 33 ft/s (10 m/s), resists oil, and is UV-resistant and cleanroom-rated (ISO 14644-1), with an e-chain® range of -25 °C to +80 °C (-13 °F to +176 °F) down to -50 °C (-58 °F) static.
When to use it: Robot dress packs where power and control need to travel together in one twistable cable — six-axis and articulated robots where consolidating conductors into a single hybrid run saves space and simplifies routing.
When not to use it: When the run only needs control or signal cores rather than a combined power-and-control build (use CFROBOT2), or when the motion is long, fast linear travel rather than continuous twisting (use CF77.UL.D or the shielded CF78.UL).
Application areas: Six-axis and articulated robot dress packs requiring combined power and control, space-constrained robot wrist and forearm routing, and cleanroom robotics where a single hybrid cable replaces a bundle.
